     Red Bull  recently have come up with this new idea. They could be in touch with every fan of the company and that want to see what new competition is going own around the world. This is services and nonprofit because the new app that they just took out (Red Bull TV) on my experience now a days if you take out a app it cost a lot of money because you have to build it exactly how apple or androy or any phone wants it. The more people that download a app the more money the company is paying. Yep thats right if anybody is paying $100 a month for a app and 1,000 people  recently download a app best to buelive that money that you paying $100 is going to go up. At the same time is another way for them to check how many people are following them and how many would be more interesting in joining a competition in a future. 

11- Developing and Managing products

        Red bull usuallly don't create a different drink but last year March 5 ,2015 they decide to drop some new flavor into the market. From my own experience it still have a lil similarity on the out side look but the taste is different it has a different favor. Red bull desire just to act flavor but the energy drink is still the same just like the old model.

                 Red Bull usually target people that most of the time play sports. If you see Red Bull on tv best to bulieve that they are doing a sport like , swimming , foot ball or event more. Red bull has gone big during the past years. Red bull always prepare Big competition around the world. Anybody that play sport and are interesting on doing big things in future would know that Red bull is the goals. Now a days red bull is also making deal with nasca race so they could be sponser.
